After recharging, you can check the results in the “Recharge History” section of the thePAY app or through a text message.
1. Success: The recharge was successful.
2. Fail: The recharge failed. The payment amount will be refunded to your thePAY Cash.
3. Pending: The recharge is pending and will be processed by the customer service team shortly.
